Oh my, my…I am in need of some help. I did not purchase these glasses from you, but something is terribly wrong. I simply don’t understand what’s wrong with these glasses. I just can’t see out of them.

  • I only bought them in 1989.

  • Using my Government employee insurance plan.

  • From Wal-Mart.

  • I’ve slept in them, I’ve stepped on them, and my dog has chewed on them.

  • I have dropped them…many times…but that shouldn’t hurt them.

  • I’ve left them on my car’s dash during the hottest times of the summer.

  • I keep them safely in my bag with all the other heavy stuff … who needs a case.

  • I breathe on them and use my shirt tail to clean them…water isn’t necessary.

  • My cats play with them; my bird carries them with his beak.

  • I like to keep them in my pocket when exercising.

  • I’ve sat on them but they are not very comfortable, even my overweight friends find them uncomfortable to sit upon.

  • However, my kids love them and play with them often.

  • When I throw them they don’t bounce properly, but drop them, they bounce just fine.

  • I really don’t understand why my eyeglasses are scratched, warped and foggy.

  • Nothing is made properly anymore.

  • Eyeglasses aren’t supposed to last forever???

  • My last eye exam was 20 years ago…my eyes are fine, it’s the glasses.

  • I can’t see at night…but there’s nothing wrong with my eyes, it’s the glasses.

  • I can’t read anymore…but there’s nothing wrong with my eyes, it’s the glasses.

  • I can’t see far away…but there’s nothing wrong with my eyes, it’s the glasses.

  • Can you take my prescription off these lenses?

  • Are they under warranty?

  • They must be under warranty. Doesn’t Wal-Mart give you an extended warranty?

  • Why can’t you honor the Wal-Mart warranty?

  • Can’t you just repair them? I have most of the pieces.

  • I just don’t understand what’s wrong with these glasses!!

  • I clearly over-paid for them.

  • I seriously will not pay a lot for new glasses.
